You will receive an instant booking confirmation via email and SMS.

You do not need to carry any driving-related documents since all our vehicles come with professional drivers. However, we recommend carrying a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) for verification purposes, especially for outstation trips and hotel check-ins.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking through your account dashboard on our website or app. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Between 12–24 hours, 50% refund applies. Less than 12 hours before pickup, no refund is applicable. Modifications (change of date, time, or destination) are subject to vehicle availability and may attract additional charges.

Our fare is calculated transparently based on the distance (per km rate), plus driver charges, applicable toll charges, night charges (for trips between 10 PM and 6 AM), and 18% GST on the base fare. The complete fare breakdown is shown before you confirm your booking – there are no hidden charges. If you apply a valid coupon code, the discount is applied before final payment.

Absolutely. All Car Zone drivers undergo a rigorous background verification process including police verification, driving licence check, and personal reference verification. They are trained in defensive driving, customer courtesy, route navigation, and vehicle maintenance. Driver ratings are publicly visible and we have a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.

We take punctuality very seriously. If your driver is more than 15 minutes late, please call our 24/7 helpline at +91-9876543200 immediately. We will either expedite your driver's arrival or arrange an alternate vehicle at no extra cost. In the rare case of a no-show, you will receive a full refund and a complimentary discount on your next booking.

We are continuously expanding to new cities. If your city is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, all our night trips are completely safe. Our vehicles are GPS-tracked in real-time, drivers are trained for night driving, and our dispatch team monitors all trips around the clock. A night charge is added for trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to compensate drivers for the additional effort. The exact night charge is displayed in your fare breakdown before booking.

Yes! Car Zone Rental offers both single-trip and multi-day bookings. For outstation trips spanning multiple days, simply select your pickup date and return date during the booking process. Multi-day bookings include driver accommodation charges (covered by the Company) and daily allowances. All multi-day charges are transparently shown in the fare summary.

During the booking process, after entering your trip details, you will see a "Apply Coupon" field before proceeding to payment. Enter your coupon code and click Apply. If the coupon is valid and your booking meets the minimum amount criteria, the discount will be instantly applied and shown in the fare breakdown. Each coupon can be used only once per account unless otherwise specified.
